Today
we headed out in the car to check out Panama City. We were not impressed with Destin so this
will determine if we continue on eastward or start heading back to explore
places that we missed. Once we got into
Panama City and took a look at all the restaurants and shops around St.
Andrew’s Marina, it was a go for us. As
we were walking around we talked to a local and she told us about two restaurants
in the area that were really good. It
was just about lunch time so we headed out for some food. The first one had a 30 minute wait and the second
one (Capt’s Table) we were able to get right in and the food was delicious! We then headed over to the beach to check out
a couple of marinas and the Treasure Island Marina was nice so that really finalized
our decision! Treasure Island Marina
looked good and we can ride our bikes to the beach. We will be heading out on Wednesday towards
Destin and then on to Panama City. After
we got back to the boat and let Teak out we again headed over to Joe Patti’s
for some ice cream and Josh purchased some smoked salmon. We’ll let you know how it is tomorrow!!!!!!

Take a look at Sandestin. The marina rate may be reasonable. Barry would have a hard time getting under the bridge, though.
